Savannah Chrisley’s ex-fiancé Nic Kerdiles, 29, dies in motorcycle crash: report

Savannah Chrisley’s ex-fiancé, Nic Kerdiles, has reportedly died in a motorcycle crash.

The Nashville Police Department told TMZ the 29-year-old passed away early Saturday morning from the injuries he sustained from the accident around 3:30 a.m.

According to the outlet, Kerdiles ran through a stop sign in a residential area north of central Nashville and hit the driver’s side of a BMW.

Kerdiles was taken to the hospital, where he later passed away.

Kerdiles and the “Chrisley Knows Best” star called it quits back in 2020 after three years together.

“Oh how I wish this smile was on my face and that infectious laugh was spewing out of my body right now…but sadly it’s not. Nic and I have decided to call it quits,” she announced the the time.

The pair got engaged in 2018 and postponed their wedding in 2020 because “things moved way too fast.”

However, at the time, the couple insisted they were still together.

After their breakup, Kerdiles continued to post kind words about his ex-fiancée on his social media channels.

“This woman right here has been the BIGGEST blessing in my life,” he wrote in 2020 alongside a slideshow of photos of the exes. “She has the purest heart out of anyone that I know. She has treated me with nothing but love and respect in our 3 years together … There was so much genuine love in this relationship and I’m truly blessed to have been able to spend three years of my life with Savannah.”

In 2022, Kerdiles was on a mixture of medications following a battle with COVID-19 and other health matters when he blacked out and attempted suicide.

“I don’t know where I was at in my mental state, but between the depression, anxiety, the COVID effects, the medication, the alcohol, I did something that I never thought I would ever do,” he said while appearing in a video with Chrisley and her father, Todd Chrisley.

A 911 call revealed that Kerdiles was holding a gun to his chin and then his head when friends, including Savannah, 26, intervened.

“I’m super grateful to be here today,” Kerdiles said at the time.

Kerdiles was working as a real estate agent in Nashville at the time of his death. He previously played in the NHL with the Anaheim Ducks.

Savannah, whose parents, Todd and Julie, are both serving time in prison for tax fraud, has yet to publicly comment on Nic’s death. Her rep could not immediately be reached for comment.
