General Hospital spoilers reveal it was a sunny day in Port Charles, and poor Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) found himself caught in the crossfire of a dangerous game of cat and mouse. The question on everyone’s mind is: who was really the intended target? Was it the fierce Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), or the powerful Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?
Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure – as Anna is targeted again, it’ll be clear that Sonny isn’t the one they’re after. But just because he’s not in the immediate line of fire doesn’t mean he’s in the clear. Meanwhile, Anna has to navigate her feelings for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as the mystery surrounding who is after her continues to point in his direction.

There’s a rumor going around, and it’s not a good one. Apparently, Anna is still in danger. Word on the street is that there will be continued attempts on her life. To make matters worse, it could eventually happen before she even has a chance to prepare to defend herself.
From what we’ve heard, she may already have some suspicions about who could be after her, but she’s not ready to admit to herself that Valentin could be wrapped up in any of this consciously.
Perhaps he just got mixed up with the wrong third party when Pikeman sent him to dangle a carrot in front of Sonny’s face, right? He wouldn’t possibly do anything that could put her in harm’s way, would he?
GH Spoilers – Leak Anna Devane’s Relationship May Rest Upon Willful Ignorance
Anna is no stranger to detective work, but even the best of us can be blind to the truth when it comes to matters of the heart.
As she starts to unravel the web of lies, Anna will be forced to confront the painful reality that Valentin may not be the man she thought he was.
With memories of the last year spent falling in love with him fresh in her mind, Anna will be hesitant to accept the writing on the wall, but as the pieces fall into place, she won’t be able to ignore the evidence any longer.
The question now is, will Anna let her heart get in the way of justice? Is she going to let her love for Valentin blind her to the fact that he has not only put her life in danger, but he is seeking to have Sonny wiped out?

With Valentin’s involvement in the attempts on both her and Sonny’s lives, Anna will grow determined to get to the bottom of this mystery and expose the truth. But she’s not willing to risk everything by letting Sonny in on her suspicions just yet.
She knows if he had any idea that Valentin was out to sabotage him, she would never see her lover again. Instead, she has enlisted the help of Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to make sure she has an ally in this dangerous game.
That’s only fair, right? Bringing Dante in assures someone who is on Sonny’s side is involved to protect his interests, you know, if Anna finds her barometer for justice once again faltering like she did when her heart broke over Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
