General Hospital spoilers tease that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) returned to Port Charles earlier this year more cantankerous than ever.
From threatening Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) to blackmailing her own granddaughter Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), Tracy has been a force to be reckoned with from the moment she stepped back into town.
If her family was expecting her to soften now that her lover Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) died, they were surely shocked by just how wrong they were.
General Hospital Spoilers – Tracy Quartermaine has taken an interest in Deception!
Perhaps the strangest thing about Tracy’s return are her actions toward Brook Lynn. Before Tracy returned to town, Brook Lynn called her for help. Brook Lynn felt responsible for Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) suspension from the police force.
Worried that Chase would ultimately be fired, Brook Lynn implored Tracy to intervene in secret. Tracy did exactly that, but she then blackmailed Brook Lynn. She forced Brook Lynn to return to Deception, and asked her to spy for her there or she would tell Chase that the only reason he is back on the force is because of her.
GH Spoilers – What is the Deceptor?
Specifically, Tracy wanted Brook Lynn to get as much information as she could about Deceptions newest product in development: The Deceptor. While Tracy’s intentions appeared to be malicious at first, she revealed that the idea for the Deceptor was stolen although she couldn’t reveal who it was stolen from or who she is helping.
As viewers know, Martin Grey (Michael E Knight) was the one who gave Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) the idea for the Deceptor down to its specifications although he told Lucy he didn’t want to take credit or have his name mentioned in regards to the invention.
General Hospital Spoilers – Jackson Montgomery is coming Port Charles!
Martin seems to have a connection to Pine Valley, where Erica Kane (Susan Lucci) runs Enchantment, one of Deceptions biggest competitors. Jackson Montgomery (Walt Wiley) will soon be heading to Port Charles on behalf of Erica.
It seems quite likely that Jackson is the person Tracy is helping. But why would Tracy help Jackson, much less Erica? Perhaps now that she has mourned a suitable time, Tracy has been having an affair with the Pine Valley attorney! Although Trac y’s action appear to be suspect, perhaps she is doing it all out of love!
