General Hospital spoilers suggest Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is spiraling in the wake of Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) figuring out what she’s been up to. Ned wasn’t supposed to overhear Nina and Martin ‘Marty’ Grey (Michael E. Knight) talking about her being the SEC tipster, but alas, he did.
Ned gloated in Nina’s face, promising it would be the end of her and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) the moment he found out what she had done to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Of course, Ned wasn’t going to weasel out of taking the blame that easily. One wrong step and he was tumbling into the Metro Court pool, hitting his noggin and now lies in wait in a coma as Nina worries he’ll be ready to pounce on her the moment he wakes up. Sonny can’t help but take notice of how unnerved and unraveled his gal seems to be. What has changed? Everything. But will she have the nerve to tell him herself?
General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Reeves May Have Tried
Nina showed up at Sonny’s business ready to tell him everything. She knows that if he’s doomed to find out what she has done, it’s best that he hears it from her. But they were interrupted, as usual. Back at the hospital, everyone waited for an update on Ned’s condition, and Dr. T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow) made it clear that Ned could be out for a long time — they just don’t know. This may buy Nina some time, or at least she’ll fool herself into thinking so.
GH Spoilers – Tease Ned Quartermaine Will Wake Up — Confused
Rumor has it Ned is going to wake up, and soon, but he’s not going to be quite like himself. What that means remains to be seen. Will he really wake up thinking he’s rock superstar Eddie Maine? Might he come to and wonder who Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) is and insist he’s married to Lois Cerullo (Lesli Kay)? Regardless, it’s likely that he isn’t going to recall what happened just before he took that spill into the pool. Nina will be safe, for now.
General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Won’t Forgive Nina Reeves
Ned might not be the means by which Sonny learns the truth about what Nina has been up to and why she’s such a frazzled mess. But when he does find out what she has done to Carly, he’s going to put the pieces of the puzzle together for himself. Nina was only going to tell him when she thought he was about to find out anyway.
But once Ned woke up and appeared to have no intentions of spilling the beans he’d forgotten about, she kept her secret and prayed for it to stay lost in Ned’s mind forever. In other words, she wasn’t going to tell Sonny the truth because she thought he deserved to know it, only because she didn’t want to “get caught.” Ouch. That’s not going to go over well with the don.
