General Hospital’s Jax Jacks may have moved back to his native Australia, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t still interested in what’s going on in Port Charles. Especially when it concerns his daughter, Josslyn. Carly insists she can do a perfectly fine job taking care of Joss all on her own, but, considering everything that’s been going on, we can see why Jax would beg to differ. And let Carly know his feelings — via email.
Jax Jacks: Dear Carly
Hey Carly — I am going to get straight to the point, and I am going to try and be as polite as possible. But, Carly, what the hell? I realize Joss is over 18, and it’s not like either of us can tell her what to do anymore. (When could we ever? Remember when she insisted on dressing up as a cornstalk for Halloween, and we couldn’t talk her out of the notion that Children of the Corn was not a comedy?) But, I expected you to at least exercise some judgment.
GH: Bad Company
Granted, some of it is my fault. I allowed you to raise our daughter under Sonny’s roof for most of her life. Obviously, she picked up the idea that organized crime isn’t only not a crime, but that it is, in fact, a gift to the community. I still hoped that, after you wiped your hands of Sonny for good, you would have more sense than allowing Joss to get romantically involved with a wannabe hood like Dex!
Let’s not forget all the times Sonny’s actions led to people you love getting hurt. Remember when Michael got shot in the head and ended up in a coma for years? Do you want it to be the same for Joss? Nothing good will come of this and I’m begging you to put an end to the madness. Shouldn’t you want more for her?
