The last time that fans saw him was back on May 23, 2007, when Jason Morgan (Steven Burton) broke into Alcazar’s home in order to kill him. Fans never saw what happened between Jason and Alcazar.
Burton admitted that he’s not coming back to the show. He is focused on his new life. King could still reprise his role as Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) archnemesis.
The General Hospital spoilers hint that if Alcazar returns, Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche) could be right behind him.
