General Hospital Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Furious
This week on GH, Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) blissful wedding getaway is interrupted with horrible news. He and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) just tied the knot in Puerto Rico, and they’re on top of the world. But soon, Sonny gets a phone call and looks furious.
No doubt, he hears the news that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has been released from Pentonville and is now officially a free man. Cyrus has been trying to take Sonny down since before he even arrived in Port Charles. And he’s still at it on General Hospital.
But now, instead of trying to kill Sonny, he’s trying to put him in prison for life. So Sonny and Nina may have to cut their honeymoon short to come back to town and deal with Cyrus. Meanwhile, Cyrus shows up at General Hospital to visit Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Indeed, he and Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) are in shock, and Carly is livid. Also, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) runs into Cyrus. His release is flipping Port Charles upside down, and it will be interesting to see what Sonny’s next move is.
Ava’s Life at Risk on GH
Also, coming up on General Hospital, Ava Jerome‘s (Maura West) life is in jeopardy. Soon, Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) drives her to a cliff where he plans to kill her. Ava tries to talk her way out of it, but it only makes Mason angrier.
Then Cyrus orders Mason to let Ava go, but he refuses. So, she might need to take matters into her own hands to save herself. Meanwhile, on General Hospital, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), of all people, is on a mission to help Ava.
So, she turns to Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) for help. With Joss, Dante, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), the race to save Ava begins.
Tracy Faces Lois’ Wrath on General Hospital
The new GH promo also shows Lios Cerullo (Rena Sofer) going off on Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot). Lois is irate with Tracy for blackmailing Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), and the mama bear is coming out swinging.
Tracy manipulated BLQ, and now she must answer to Lois. On a happier note, Lois later gets to meet her Brookie’s boyfriend, Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). GH is explosive this week. Don’t miss it to see how Sonny Corinthos handles Cyrus’ return on the ABC soap opera.
