General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that it’s a new year and a new look for Haley Pullos who once played Mollie Davis-Lansing. On Wednesday, January 10 the former soap actress was in court to face the music for her calamitous DUI.
The 25 year-old Pullos appeared outside a Pasadena courthouse court with her blonde hair turned brown and tied back into a severe bun.
She was there for a “preliminary hearing on charges resulting from a horrific, near-fatal car crash that happened when she allegedly drove the wrong way on an LA freeway while she was drunk and high on drugs.”
According to the Daily Mail, Judge Terry Sterling continued the proceedings until February 28. Pullos debuted on the ABC soap at age 11, and she was accompanied to court by her mother Judy Pullos.

After the accident Pullos appeared in court last July on crutches but her injury was said to be “minor” compared to the “life threatening and lasting injuries suffered by the other driver, 23 year-old Courtney Wilder, whose car Pullos hit head-on on the 134 Ventura Freeway in Pasadena last April.”
At that time emergency services rushed the victim, in critical condition, to a hospital where she underwent emergency surgery.
Pullos was charged with DUI with over 0.08 blood alcohol content and Wilder is suing the actress in civil court, seeking damages for “negligence” on Pullos’ part.

Earlier that night Pullos allegedly smashed into a parked car preceding her freeway crash and was charged with hit-and-run for that incident.
Pullos pleaded not guilty to all charges against her despite a police report that declared “Pullos … drove her white 2019 Ford Fusion westbound on to the eastbound 134 Freeway and smashed into Wilder’s Kia which was traveling east at 60mph.”

Both cars were totaled and firefighters had to use the jaws of life to extricate Pullos from her mangled vehicle in which police allegedly found “Several mini bottles of tequila, plus edible marijuana wrappers.”
Police described Pullos after the accident as smelling of alcohol, with “slurred speech and glassy eyes.”
It was widely reported that when Pullos was pulled from her car she yelled at firefighters for ruining her expensive blouse, something that Wilder confirms in court documents: “She acted maliciously by attacking the officers and yelling profanities in front of witnesses and directed toward those who were trying to help her. In her fit of rage, Haley Pullos battered a firefighter and yelled at him to take his hands off her “$400 f—ing shirt.”
According to court docs, Pullos’ “abhorrent behavior” resulted in her having to be forcefully sedated.
Weeks after the crash, Pullos told Soap Opera Digest “she was taking a break from her role on the long-running daytime show to recover” and said “I will be back as soon as possible!” She was let go by the network a month after the crash. She checked into rehab last May.
